Reference Project:  Former Terrell Machine Shop conversion to Mixed Use

Brief Description:  ESS purchased a contaminated parcel in downtown Charlotte for the purpose of remediating and working in parallel with developer to return property to active use site.  ESS conducted all site delineation, development of protocols and treatment strategies, remediation and sequestering of soils.  The former Terrell Machine Shop property was the second Brownfield Agreement issued by the NC DENR.

Brief Description:  ESS was contracted for development of control technologies for to support Chevron ETC soil/sludge proprietary remediation technology.  Work included all design, build and installation – including bench and pilot scale development, for projects in Philippines, Australia and Kuwait.
