Melanie Bethea

Ms. Bethea is the ESSI Executive Vice President of the USA Office. Since ESSI was founded, she has contributed across the corporate financial, human resources and business development spectrum. Ms. Bethea is responsible to manage operating budgets; maintain healthy work environment and ensure sound policies are in-place; and, manage and direct strategic business development. Her longevity with the
corporate team has ensured long-term stability between international offices.
